Maddie has been part of Ashes to Artisan since its earliest days, helping shape the company’s design standards and overall approach as it evolved. Her long-term involvement brings continuity, consistency, and a deep understanding of how ideas translate into finished spaces.
She leads design across all projects, guiding layouts, material selections, and aesthetic direction while working closely with operations to ensure every design is practical, buildable, and aligned with how the space will actually be used.
